Due to continued growth, Trillium has appointed Shilpa Sharma to the position of Vice President - Analytics and Operations effective May 1, 2020. Shilpa will continue to support current clients in data analytics and business intelligence program development and delivery, while also focusing on portfolio development across the business unit. 

She will work closely with clients to ensure they achieve their unique program engagement goals while receiving the highest quality service. Shilpa will lead our Analytics and Operations business units supported by a highly-skilled team, innovative software solutions, key strategic partner engagements, and a growing portfolio of clients with a desire to lead into the future of industry.

Shilpa is a visionary leader, super-connector & strategic decision-maker who brings her vast experience of working in public and private sectors to solving problems that face businesses and charities alike. Over the past decade, she has worked with various global energy organizations on strategic planning initiatives by harnessing the power of big data and analytics. She has worked with some of the largest and most innovative organizations in the energy space, helping to identify risk and derive solutions that positively impact each organization's bottom line.

Shilpa is also an active community volunteer. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Calgary Homeless Foundation, and is also a Board Member for Dress For Success Calgary. She is an active member of the Women's Investment Club in the technology sector and also provides mentorship to young girls pursuing careers in technology and energy.

Ms. Sharma is a Fulbright scholar and holds a Master's Degree in Economics and Business Finance from The George Washington University in D.C.
